On the palate show a different orange wine characteristic, a good back boon, mineral with a fine tannin with a nice smooth and spices finish

VINEYARD
The most important basis for Clemens Busch in the production of his wines is sustainable use of biological diversity and the respectful treatment of the environment. Vineyard follows orgnic and biodinamic wine making principles.The grapes for this dry Riesling are growing in vineyards on grey slate and steep slopes near the village Pünderich.
WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes for our Riesling Trocken “O” come exclusively handpicked from our own vineyards in Pünderich. Destamped and fermented 3-4 mouths on the skin. Then pressed and aged in old oak barrel. CONTAINS NO ADDED SULPHITES.
