VINEYARD

The most important basis for Clemens Busch in the production of his wines is sustainable use of biological diversity and the respectful treatment of the environment. Vineyard follows orgnic and biodinamic wine making principles.The grapes for this dry Riesling are growing in vineyards on grey slate and steep slopes near the village Pünderich.

WINE MAKING PROCESS

The grapes for this wine are handpicked in the end of October. Fermentation after 48 hours of skin-contact, spontaneous in old oak-barrels (fuder–1000l) and stainless steel tanks over 5-6 month. No finings or selected yeasts. CONTAINS NO ADDED SULPHITES.
