All great stories begin with a dream. Didier Belondrade`s dream was none other than craft a White Wine, in capital letters, in the land of Don Quixote.

All the harvest carefully handpicked

Fermented in French oak barrels

VINEYARD

Wine produced from the only red grape from the Quinta San Diego estate. This plot is located on a gentle slope made up of sandy soils a few meters from the winery. The whole plot is harvested in one go followed by careful sorting in the cellar and 24- hour skin contact maceration. Only the free run juice is kept, which is fermented spontaneously.

CLIMATE CONDITIONS

2018 has been characterized by its balanced climate, with a mild winter and summer presenting no excessively high temperatures. Budding was slightly delayed but finally resulted in a cycle that could be qualified as “normal” which ended in a healthy and smooth harvest that took place on the 19th of September. The musts obtained had stood out for their finesse and aromatic elegance, giving elegant and aromatic wines.
