All great stories begin with a dream. Didier Belondrade`s dream was none other than craft a White Wine, in capital letters, in the land of Don Quixote.

All the harvest carefully handpicked

Fermented in French oak barrels

VINEYARD

Wine produced exclusively from hand- harvested organic grapes from Belondrade Quinta San Diego Estate. Vineyard is mosaic of 22 plots offering diverse soil compositions, planting patterns, exposures and ages of wines (8 to 50 years) with controlled yields of 33hl/ha.

CLIMATE CONDITIONS

2018 has been characterized by it`s balanced climate, with a mild winter and a summer presenting no excessively high temperatures. The precipitations were slightly superior to the average registered in the last years and concentrated mainly in winter and spring. Budding was slightly delayed but finally resulted in a cycle that could be qualified as “normal” which ended in a healthy and smooth harvest. The musts obtained have stood out for their finesse and aromatic elegance, giving elegant and aromatic wines.
